J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Asurion en juin 2018
Entretien
Phone call with recruiter and then two calls with hiring managers.
First manger: Was ok, very polite and I thought we had a good conversation. We were running out of time and the guy hangup the phone on me. I was shocked, this is absolutely not professional. No matter how much you are late somewhere else don't hangup on people and excuse yourself. Even if you were disconnected, call back to say good bye. Absolute rude and nonprofessional. By that time, I already had setup my mind not to take the offer.
To my surprise I was called a week later to take another phone interview with another manager. My mind was already set but I wanted to give it another shot. The second one was even worse. I echo all the reviewers on how rude and non professional these guys are.
I can't imagine how it can be bad to work with these guys.
After the interviews I haven't heard anything back from them, which is by itself a red flag. My advice unless you are dying and in urgent need for a job, don't apply there.
