Very friendly, thorough. walked me through every step and communication was outstanding. all documentation was provided through Call/Text/Email and navigation was easy and comfortable. Background check company seemed to have some issues finding documentation regarding education but that was easily resolved.

• Recruiter phone screen - Conversation about resume and how your experience will apply in this role. Be prepared to explain what type of leader you are and how you engage teams to drive performance
• 2 manager interview - The questions are situational and you will need to give examples. Refer to the STAR method
• Sr. Manager and Site Director interview - More of a conversation to learn about how you build relationships and how you overcome challenges.
