Entretien
Fairly straightforward. Applied online, very easy with only a resume upload. Then had a 30 minute call 2 days later just digging a little bit into my resume and why i wanted to work at Atlassian. Had to then do a "product manager challenge" in which you choose a product you use regularly and suggest how to improve it. This includes mockups and a plan. This was actually pretty fun. Then I was invited for an interview which went for 2 hours. Interview was a little confusing as they were obviously looking for a specific type of person and weren't very interested in anything else I had to offer (they wanted a coordinator/analytics person, I am more a developer and wanted to work on product). Unsurprisingly that was the end of it.

Entretien
The interview process was quick and streamlined - I received a response within a week of submitting my written application and everyone was quite friendly throughout the whole process. I liked how quick the turnaround was for every step.
Engaging interviewers, common behavioural questions, mostly asking about your interest in product management and any products you think are a stand out and why. Also an assessment before the first round interview

It was really fast and they were very communicative. The HR is one of the best I've seen for grad programs. They were very relaxed and honestly I wish I had prepared more.
