Manager recommended me for a different partner role then the one on her team. After spending some time prepping for an interview for the other role, the recruiter canceled our interview roughly 30 minutes prior, stating that the hiring manager decided to extend an offer to another candidate who was further along. Really disorganized and with no real apology for wasting my time.
