i first filled out a form and answered questions about numerical knowledge and related to the support worker job: a photo of a kitchen where you are asked to name different safety hazards, etc.
then i met the 2 interviewers and they asked hypothetical questions, 2 questions where I am describing what my ideal support worker would be like If i was receiving care. as well as one about how many hours Im wanting to work
