I only made it to screening interview. The recruiter was excited with my CV, we had a great chat, she loved that I have 4 years experience in AECO in the same role with a direct competitor. She said she will put my CV forward to the hiring manager and I would hear early the week after. At the end of that week I had heard nothing so I emailed her. I got no response. I emailed again after a few days. Still nothing. Almost a week after that I got an auto rejection.
