had a first round with a recruiter who was actually more strict than the hiring manager. Then, had a phone interview with who ended up being my supervisor, and 2nd round of interviews with y hiring manager/supervisor and the person that was going to train me for the job.

Multiple virtual interviews, most of which were making sure I was a good fit for the company. No big tough questions, but I did interview with 5 years experience in the field.

Entretien
4 Digital Interviews(Covid), initial conversation with Autodesk Recruiter, interview with finance manager, interview case study with finance manager and other Sr FAs, and final discussions with Finance Directors.
The interviews were relaxed. All interviewers were looking more for personality hints, and thought process, rather than specific answers to questions.

I had a phone interview with the Recruiter, and then a phone interview with the Hiring Manager for the position. I was told I was moving on in the process, and then never heard from the Recruiter again.
