Standard interview process with three rounds. What made me feel uncomfortable was that the final panel interview had no diversity on it. The whole interview made me feel uncomfortable because no one on it looked like me. It made me feel defeated and at a disadvantage before it even started. I tried to shake that feeling as much as I could. I did the final panel interview and received accolades on my sales acumen. I guess that wasn't enough because after 5 rounds of interviewing, I never got extended an offer. It came as no surprise because I'm sure there was biasness on the interview panel.
