J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Autodesk (Shanghai, Shanghai) en mars 2023
Entretien
Lot's of interviews (6) and I talked to around 9 people overall. However, my case was special as I wanted to relocate from EU to China. Everyone was friendly and came prepared for the interviews.
The interviewers wanted to know a lot about myself, but did not leave much/any time for me to ask questions.

Question 1
How did you handle tracing of requests through a distributed system?
2 system design, 1 coding, 1 hiring manager.
System design focussed on standard questions (design a room reservation system and a messenger).
The coding interview was very simple.
Hiring manager screen involved digging deeper into the past experience.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Autodesk (San Francisco, CA) en juin 2025
Entretien
Recruiter round - HM round - technical screen round.
The process is frustrating and very slow. I had to follow up with the recruiter and a scheduler at every stage.
It took them 2 -3 weeks to get back from each round. After stringing me along for 6 weeks and repeatedly requesting for next steps they rejected me without any feedback.

Question 1
Usual tech recruiter round and HM questions. Everyone was extremely disorganized and had no clue about the position. They kept saying this is a new position and they're figuring out stuff.
