I applied online and heard back in 2 days from an HR rep. A few days later I had a 45 minute call with her going over my resume and some basic behavioral questions. A week later I got a call with a senior consultant where he spent 20 minutes evaluating my technical knowledge by going over some of my projects and past jobs, I then had 10 minutes to ask questions about what it's like to be a consultant. 2 weeks later I had an onsite interview with the director. Very simple interview, asking some questions about consulting, Avanade, and my technical skills and interests. I received the offer a week after that interview. I really enjoyed the interview process as I felt like an important prospect the whole way through, where some other companies treat you like trash.

Do not get thrown off by the interview prep call ! They tell you to focus on Avanade and to really spend time researching them, but just don't. Do a little, maybe review their 5 core values, and go over what i mentioned below.
