Sono stata contatta su Linkedin. Colloquio con HR. Colloquio tecnico. Colloquio con Manager. Mi sono trovata molto bene sia con la parte tecnica che con il Manager, meno con HR.
Ero perfettamente in linea con le richieste tecniche, il colloquio tecnico è andato bene e anche con il manager. Peccato per la RAL offerta. Non era negoziabile. Se non hai in carico persone da gestire non rientri come Consultant e la RAL è bassa. L'azienda però mi è sembrata interessante a livello di competenze che si possono apprendere su vari progetti tutti su cloud azure.

Synapse, Data Factory ma soprattutto Databricks. Al colloquio tecnico fanno anche delle domande di logica/matematica e qualcuna di programmazione. Con il manager invece si esplora più un approccio consulenziale/manageriale/gestionale

It was good and much easy in the 1st round. 2nd round is little bit hard. Sql and python is must for data engineer interview. Most of the questions are practical based and have 30 minutes coding round.

The interview process consisted of 4 rounds with no technical assessments or coding challenges. All interviews focused primarily on discussing my previous work experience, past projects, and relevant background.

They asked about projects I work on in the past and some behavioural questions.
Two interviews - one live code review and one fit interview.
Interviews were not difficult or unfair by any means.
I also worked with a recruiter throughout the process and they provided updates for me during the process
