Question 1
All behavioral questions. "How did you overcome an obstacle when you were working with a group of people", "Tell me a little about yourself", "How would you say you are at handling multiple projects at once".
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez BASF (Florham Park, NJ) en nov. 2015
Entretien
Two-stage interview process for non-core schools. First round behavioral on HireVue, second round "technical" over the phone. Technical questions still very behavioral, just focused on workplace issues rather than your experiences. Behavioral questions included why BASF? why finance? Are you able to move around? and things of that nature
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez BASF en sept. 2015
Le processus a pris 2 semaines.
Entretien
I was interviewed on campus by two recruiters at the same time. They had already given an information session at the school previously and after getting my resume, called me and asked me to interview. It was a straightforward interview about my resume, why I was interested, and asking me if there is anything else I wanted to know.

Question 1
Tell me about a time I had to resolve a difficult group project scenario.
