Ich habe nur am ersten Telefoninterview teilgenommen. Es sei dazugesagt, dass die Produktmanager Stelle in der "Digital Incubation Unit" angegliedert ist.
Von einer Digital Incubation Unit keine Spur. Eine HR Dame stellt einem (sich manchmal wiederholende) Standard HR Fragen zum eigenen Background und kann kaum Fragen des Bewerbers beantworten. Scheinbar besteht das Incubation Team aus insgesamt 10 Projektleitern und Produktmanagern (die ihre "Spezialgebiete" haben) sowie einem UX Designer und einem Marketingspezialisten. Von Tech also keine Spur. Die Ausschreibung ist absolut irreführend (bezugnehmend auf KI und AR/VR).
Ich befürchte, dass es diese Unit nur zu Marketing Zwecken gibt.
Zuletzt wurde ich noch gebeten, ein Motivationsschreiben nachzureichen (hatte ich nicht meinerBewerbung angefügt, weil es 2020 ist) obwohl ich bereits zum Gespräch eingeladen wurde. Verzeihung, aber das ist lächerlich.

I had one screen call and it took about 1 month for that to happen after application submission. After the call, I was completely ghosted. I was a referral, but it didn't matter. I was overqualified for the position, and I knew that, but a follow up communication would be nice.
