Recommended by the BASF Taiwan employee due to the great experience for BASF Kid's lab. I was interviewed by one HR and two managers. After answering personal background and some questions raised by managers, I was hired after two weeks.

The interview process was very smooth. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful; they offered to answer any additional questions I had, which I took advantage of on a later call with one of the interviewers.
I had gone though one interview, directly with the hiring manager over the phone. There was no other interviews with other managers. The questions were It was to the point with reasonable questions and expectations
