Worst interview EVER! A scheduled 30 min interview mutated into 90 min. Interviewer spent over 60 min telling me about his life, family background etc. I tried to redirect him back to the purpose of the conversation, but he was enjoying the conversation... Only 20 min of questions & me dictating word-for-word my responses to him. With start, stops to repeat each word. I don't believe he was even writing anything. Worst level of microaggressions & deceit by an employer. The interviewer had no intention of conducting a serious conversation or passing me forward for consideration. An experience expected from a scam company, not a multinational Fortune100 enterprise company like BASF. No response to this waste of time and con! There would be 2-3 more rounds
