Talked to recruiters at my school's career fair, and interviewed later the same week. On-campus interview consisted of two 30 minute interviews with engineering managers from a nearby site.
Received an invitation to 2nd round interview by the end of that week. Had three 30 minute interviews engineering and HR managers. Behavioral questions in all of them and then two or three big technical questions - a mix of trying to find out what you know as well as how you think. Interview day also had presentations from current/former PDPs to give an overview of the program.
Was contacted within a week with an offer.

15 min initial phone screen (logistics about moving, the interview process, etc)
45 min web ex interview. interviewed with HR and an Engineer who was apart of the PDP program before. the questions were very in depth (like each question had multiple questions to them).
Know their Core values and how you can relate to them! (creative, open, responsible, entrepreneurial)

pretty difficult, they will probe very deep into your resume to make sure you know what you're talking about. technical questions can get very involved, but you don't have to know all of them

I spoke to a rep at a career fair and scheduled an on campus interview. I had two 30 minute interviews. One consisted of a few technical questions and the other was behavioral based. The rep said the turn around time would be quick and they would let me know if I would receive an offer soon.
