moderate waiting time and updates were regular through out the process and the HR were really nice in negotiations and checking what are my requests and how can we reach a common ground however it was challenging regarding salary

1 hour interview with Team leader and possible colleague
Interview went smooth
They always promise to get back within max 2 weeks but you will never hear back from them.
Whole different level of ghosting
Worst experience I ever had with a company
I applied for this position 4 month ago and was 2,5 month ago contacted by a BASF recruiter who invited me for an interview. Right after the first interview i was invited for a second and a third interview all with managers and HR staff. This process took in total two weeks. I was in the meantime in dialogue with the recruiter..so I had 3 full interviews with 6 people in total + 4 chats with the recruiter (and mail). This was all back end of July where the job position would be with start first og August. I NEVER HEARD BACK! I never heard anything back and after 3 attempts to get some feedback if I would get offered the position or not I received the same answer that they were still in the process of waiting for feedback from the managers in Germany and the HR in Denmark who was involved in the interviews and after getting this they promised to get back to me immediately with an answer. At this point I never received an offer for the position neither did I receive a rejection - I simply never heard back from these people!! I am in shock and have lost all respect about this terrible hiring process and the least this company could give me is an explanation. This has taken almost 4 month by now!! I am very unhappy about this and can not recommend this company.
