Erstmal musste ich den Online-Test machen. Danach gab es ein Vorstellungsgespräch mit dem Manager für 45 Minuten. Es ging um meinen Lebenslauf. Am Ende hat er mir eine fachliche Frage gestellt. Danach wurde ich zum zweiten Vorstellungsgespräch mit dem Team eingeladen. Es handelte sich eher um Aufgaben, die ich haben könnte. Nach einer Woche habe ich eine Absage bekommen, da sie meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllen könnten!
For the 2-month internship program, a user interview is conducted covering basic questions about the company profile, processes at BASF, process engineering, strengths and weaknesses, as well as potential and experience possessed.
The interview process was phone screen, second interview then a final onsite interview with a team of panelists. The overall interview process was average. They take care of travels and other arrangements if you do not live in the state.

1. Twenty minute phone screening from HR 2. Virtual panel interview with 3 employees from BASF. Lasted 45 minutes with typical STAR questions. 3. On-site visit with 3, 30-min one-on-one interviews and a site tour. Total time on-site was 2 hours.
