The interview went smoothly. The hiring manager closed his camera at after dew minites of interview. I have been ghosted with no decision. They even did not send rejection email.

Why you want to leave your job? Few behavioral questions
For the 2-month internship program, a user interview is conducted covering basic questions about the company profile, processes at BASF, process engineering, strengths and weaknesses, as well as potential and experience possessed.
The interview process was phone screen, second interview then a final onsite interview with a team of panelists. The overall interview process was average. They take care of travels and other arrangements if you do not live in the state.

Entretien
1. Twenty minute phone screening from HR 2. Virtual panel interview with 3 employees from BASF. Lasted 45 minutes with typical STAR questions. 3. On-site visit with 3, 30-min one-on-one interviews and a site tour. Total time on-site was 2 hours.
