Applied to British American Tobacco's (BAT) Management Trainee in Singapore through the company website. Shortly after, HR consultant (outsourced) contacted by email to complete online tests. If successful, interview with the HR consultant will be arranged. I did not get through to the next round but the next round will be interview with BAT.

Assessment Center, all in all quite Common: ind. Interview, Team task, group interview, Business case, Final assessment, lasting 3 to 4 hours. Good Training but Business case was very Hard

2. in-person interview with line managers
3. assessment center (in-person group interview)
