Quantitative and Behavioural questions using online setup. They tried to assess the analytical prowess of the candidate using popular logical reasoning questions. The behavioral analysis was again a series of seemingly random questions.

The process was structured - that's good. The steps were clear and everyone seemed friendly. However, after all stages of interviews they offered a half of the salary mentioned at the first call interview.

There was a case to solve in a team and then answer more questions individually

Entretien
The first phase you get invited to take pshychometic tests (Verbal, Logical, Numerical, Personality). If you pass it you get invited for an Interview (Finance and HR manager). it is a technical and behavioural Interview they focused very much on leadership and team player skills, kept asking questions related to it. They were very friendly, they did not put you under pressure they made sure that you have the chance to show them all what you got, specially when the question is related to Leadership.
TIP: If you did any extracurricular activities you have to mention them and show the leadership role you played!
PS. I got rejected because I did not do any activities in University that they can base their leadership judgement based on it.
