Long and technical process : screen filtering, phone calls, online tests in BNP Paribas website, interviews with HR, Interviews with managers in Lisbon and outside the country. The process is serious and fair. Just accept to be lower paid doing the same job as other european country guys are doing at 1/3of the payroll.
