Bnp usually conducts 3 rounds, first one is analytical or technical, second one is managerial and third one is HR.
Sometimes second round of interview conducts on-site managers, it happens mostly for BA.

Java questions
2 technical rounds where Java coding questions were asked. Difficulty level was moderate and Last round is management round and HR round was telephonic. Entire process was virtual and takes around 20 days.
Good.overall it was easy to crack. Salary also fixed .
Panel were friendly and helpfull. Variable pay Is excluded from ctc. Stress free team and manager.we can easily learn capital market domain and work . Domain knowledge is compulsory.
