Application: I interviewed at BNP Paribas. The process took 1 month and consisted of a total of 5 rounds. The first round was virtual, and the next 3 rounds were face-to-face. The final round was with HR. Interview: The interview was average and mostly focused on projects. I successfully cleared all the rounds, including the HR round. However, after that, they did not respond. When I checked with the recruiter, he informed me that they were waiting for project allocation. I waited for a month, but they did not respond to my emails.
