Very dry questions with no meaning behind them. You are told to present and "sell" a business idea, however they don't listen to you, they have you repeat yourself , etc. The interview was disappointing, not to mention that you wait for weeks until they get back to you with an answer

Entretien
I found the interview very enjoyable, all the staff at BT were very helpful and gave off the impression that it would be a great place to work. It consisted of and individual interview, group interview, individual presentation and then a reflection meeting. All the stages were very fun.

Entretien
Relaxed but tedious, the interviewer was very nice, made you feel at ease. Happy to repeat the question at any time where you needed it repeating. The interviewer had to stick to a script though so could not ask you any further questions on anything you said that they found interesting which I thought was a bit daft. But I guess it is to make the stage even and fair.

Asked questions regarding change in business, importance of building relationships, importance of motivation. Not many competency questions or questions on BT which I was surprised about. Recommend to still learn as much about the company as possible though, just in case they do ask a one of question about BT.
