Applied online Initial call from the recruiter Interview consisted of structured scoring based on the role I personally think the interviewers didn’t have an idea of what they wanted and the whole process felt like i was being interrogated than interviewed The technical interviewer was literally asking questions straight from interview because of the wide scope, no depth in AI but was asking unnecessary questions. The role was eventually closed the recruiter was nice and briefed me about the feedback from the interviewers which I found absurd but it’s an employer’s market so they can do whatever

4 rounds - 3 technical and 1 managerial. Not very hard , just focusing on resume and projects done. In first round there were 2 easy python coding Qs, along with some technical discussion. Rest 2 technical rounds were discussion only around ML, Gen AI and projects done.
