I had three rounds of interview. First was a general HR round, which included my background, education and work experience. Second round was a drill down on my key competencies and relevance of my skills to the job. Third round was a telephonic round, testing my communication skills by the Senior Manager.

Where taking lot of time for each rounds. I think that needs to be speedup. 2 interview rounds like Initial round and then mindset round. One thing is they accepting 60 days notice period, which is really good part.
