Written application with various questions, why Barclays etc. Numerical, situational judgement and verbal reasoning tests. Video interview - very weird talking to just a computer as you can't gauge the other persons response. Both personality and numerical tests were part of the video interview.

What changes have you made over the past year and what was the outcome
Asked Technicals for 30 mins straight then a few behaviorals scattered in their as well. Got reffered by an associate then got the first round it was honestly a pleasant experience

It was a tough interview process which required two components the first of which was a 45 minute interview followed up by a 75 minute case study interview. There was a 15 minute gap in between

Entretien
I took the online assessment a week ago. It consists of a cognitive test (about 15 minutes, many questions with repetitive questions), and easy Math questions. Not getting the rejection letter, but still waiting for the response
