I applied on campus career site. Got first round OA immediately. OA is 18 scenario questions, giving you some situations and asking your respond. After submitting OA, I got video interview next day. Video interview is some sort of follow-up questions to OA. Given the similar situation/event you have in OA, ask some calculations and behavioral questions. About 2 weeks later, I got supperday invitation. No VAR, no option greeks, which is surprising to me. They, AGAIN, use the similar case in OA and video interview and ask you some simple questions. The position is not very technical based on the interview process.
