Online test then phone interview then assessment centre. Assessment centre involved 2 interviews discussing motivation and technicals as well as a trading game that was quite tough. It involved making EV calcs and bidding for value using info you are given.
good, but they didn't inform me of the department I was applying to until the interview itself. turns out it was a derivatives focused branch. wasn't prepared for questions regarding options etc

Submitted resume and cover letter online. Had to complete a survey of personality based questions. Received an invitation to a Hirevue and then a Superday. Went through 2 30 minute interviews with senior employees.

Entretien
I was hired very early on as a sophomore through their sophomore springboard program by attending their office for a 2-day visit and super day. It was a super good experience because Barclays people are so friendly and passionate about what they do. There was a lot of mentor ship and guidance through the program.
