Intensive interview process, poor communication on Barclays part. Despite 3 interviews and a fourth scheduled and cancelled Barclays did not communicate any feedback in terms of cancellation or future of the role advertised. 3 months into the process the Agency advised the position had been filled internally. Expensive excercise.
