Got an interview call through referral. From day 1, I felt as if they were forced to interview me, no one responded to my emails, the recruiter did not pick my calls.

Had 2 interviews with Barclays for a position in Northampton and never got back any feedback just an automated email. I tried to follow-up with them for 2 months and then gave up. I would expect atleast a couple of points of what did not went well or what I did do well. For an organization at this level was not expecting this from them.
