It consisted of filling up the application form followed by an invitation to take the numerical / strengths test. Following that, there will be a video interview which asks for your responses in various scenarios. Overall very pleasant there we some technical questions and then there was a second and third interview that were equally as pleasant. I was interviewed by two analysts prior to an interview with a senior banker. HR was more focused on longevity in the workplace while the analyst interview questions were focused on technicals. The Senior banker interview questions were focused on personality.
