I was referred by someone. So, some lead called me and he took informal interview on phone call. He said he'll get back to me but never did. When I tried calling him he won't pick any of my calls. The person who referred me also didn't reply to me. I takes 2 mins to give someone a yes or no answer. Instead they ghosted me. People should have some decency.
