J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Barclays (Manchester, Angleterre) en juil. 2013
Entretien
Was already working there as a temp, no interview for that other than one which chat on the phone with someone from Reed. The permanent jobs are a bit harder to get into though. One phone interview, two online tests (literacy/numeracy and a personality/values test), one face to face (competency based) interview for that - for the same job I'd already been doing for six months as a temp. For a worse hourly rate. Better benefits, holidays, etc though.

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Barclays (Coventry, Angleterre)
Entretien
I completed an online application form and was contacted by HR the following day to run through the role and some standard screening questions. I was then invited to attend an interview.
In the interview I was asked competency based questions such as 'tell me about a time when you've worked as part of a team.' There were 2 members of staff from Barclays involved - the Hiring Manager and another member of staff who documented my answers. I was contacted the following day with a job offer.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Barclays (Manchester, Angleterre) en avr. 2015
Entretien
After having applied I was contacted by phone to get a brief view of who I am and to be offered an interview (this only lasted 20 minutes or so). I was then asked in for an interview in which I was questioned by two team leaders for the project for a total of just under an hour. I was contacted the same day with an offer of employment for the project.
