Very tiresome and in this day and age they were persistent on a walk in interview with no budget for even 8.5 lpa, the entire process of interview took an entire day of several rounds and then they could not close the offer
Good and easy. The process was simple after the online assessment and I got responded to pretty quickly as well so overall it didn’t take long and it was smooth
The very first round was GD, in which the interviewer gave a topic, women are better multitasker, and asked to speak either supporting or against it. But did not allow the individuals to make their choice. Both of the interviewers were female and selected candidates based on their personality and not on their communication skills. I gave the live examples but I think they were looking for theoretical answers as they selected a candidate who gave scripted answer.

Group discussion, but actually no discussion it was just like a topic and each person need to present their views, women are better multitasker.
