I applied online and within the next few days heard back about a phone interview. The phone interview was pleasant and just a simple few questions going through my resume and qualifications and what the internship would entail. Then weeks later I heard back about a second interview.

The interview questions were very technical. The interviewers were very professional, friendly, and, respectful. The questions were directly based on my resume. I had three sets of interviews in 4 weeks

Entrevistas simples, nenhuma competência técnica testada, apenas fit cultural. No geral como a empresa têm uma cultura boa as perguntas eram bem conduzida sem ter pressão desnecessária. As perguntas foram sobre "minha história", "Porque eu quero a Bayer", "Onde me vejo daqui alguns anos" ... A Dinâmica de grupo foi conduzida em inglês mas o nível era bem básico.
2 rounds with behavioral and technical questions. Technical questions focused on things listed on your resume but also be aware of techniques mentioned in the JD. I heard back from them after 2 weeks and they gave me 3 days to decide if I wanted to take the offer.
