Talked with a recruiter during a career fair. Heard back from them a couple weeks later for interview. 30 min interview and mostly talked about the company and some points on my resume. Asked basic behavioral questions and related it to core values at Monsanto. Only 1 in-person round.

Applied for a Software Engineering Internship for Climate FieldView Division in Seattle. Applied in November, heard back January, process finished March.
Recruiter Screen -> Technical Interview -> Final Interview with Engineering Manager.
Recruiter was great to talk to and helpful until after final, in where they ghosted. Received generic reject email after a 3 month process. Technical Interview consisted of string manipulation in JavaScript.

I passed the recruiter phone screen interview and got an update for the technical interview. However, the recruiter ghosted me and didn't give any follow-up. Later on, I got a rejection letter without having to showcase myself through the technical interview.

Send them my resume at the on-campus career fair. Got an on-campus interview with one software engineer and one manager. No technical problem, all behavioral. They were super patient and responsive.
