Entretien
It was 4 stage interview. Everyone was professional as well as comfortable to speak to. Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills were assessed. Lot of behavior question also. Takes a lot of time and efforts but package is good and culture is best.
A positive experience overall, friendly interviewers, made me feel good. Maybe a little too good to the point I was shocked that I didn’t get an offer and they decided to go with the other candidate.

Entretien
Many interviews, can be long and they often have preselected internal candidates. They have you do a fair amount of preparation on your end and didn’t seem as prepared on their end.
One general question regarding the interest on applying to Bayer and 2 specific questions on the CV. In the end, the next recruitment steps were showcased. I had a good experience overall.
