Multiple stages, technical round is main, strong medical knowledge required. Experience is an advantage but not compulsory. Therapy area knowledge is a must like molecules and guidelines for TL discussion and internal stakeholders.

What is heart failure and current treatment recommendations?
Thorough with a ppt round followed by questions regarding the disease and molecule. In the ppt, one has to prepare it on the basis of an article provided as well as google research. There may also be a few HR questions.

Quick, thorough, all participants were kind and professional. Effective. First met with HR, then one in one with hiring manager, then full panel interview. Asked appropriate questions. Required a 20 minute presentation
