Overall, I experienced a very positive interview process with Beiersdorf Canada. I completed 4 rounds of interviews and the full process took 3 months to be completed after my online application. I initially had a phone screening with HR and then went into the office on three separate occasions to meet different members of the hiring team. Everyone I met was very friendly, the process seemed very well structured, the members of the team were always engaged and willing to respond to my questions during the interviews. The HR team was prompt in keeping me informed of the interview process and was responsive in the follow-ups to my questions. I really enjoyed being able to communicate with them directly and to have a quick response in the steps to follow.
