I had 2 interviews in this process. One with the Operations Manager (the supervisor for the position) and the second being with the store's General Manager. Both were very friendly and approachable people who led a comfortable interview. They were very transparent about the process, the job and the work environment in general which helped my decision to accept the position.

Very Straightforward. I found it to be less intimidating than most other interviews I have been on. Be prepared to answer some basic questions about honesty and your tolerance for breaking the rules. Spoiler alert: There can be no tolerance for breaking rules or dishonesty in this position.

Applied for a full-time position after being part-time for over a year, and felt that my manager who was doing the interview did not fully grasp the responsibilities and of Asset Protection. The answers they were looking for were not reflective of the realities of the job.
