After initial application I received an immediate email confirmation. Within 24 hours I received a call from the hiring manager asking to come into the store for an interview. Showing up early did seem unnecessary because the manager was busy and I did end up waiting 15-20 minutes after the interview was scheduled before being approached. I'm sure this varies by location and day. I was taken into the office (SDR) with the manager and team leader to interview for the position. After a short, very professional, 30 minute interview, the manager and team leader both thanked me for my time and had another full-time employee show me around the store. After the tour I received a call within 24 hours with a vocal job offer, pending a drug test, which was followed promptly by an email including the same information.
