The In person interview was with supervisors and managers present. The interview was a Short process, and I found out result of the interview on site on that same day.

Interviewed with the GM and the Operations manager. We mainly discussed about schedule and availability. We then went into details about shrink and how to shrink. In addition, the gm went on to talk about company policy about stealing, and asset management. The gm was very nice about everything, and he even went on to offer me different positions once the positions open.

Pretty easy interview. There should be two interviews. One with the department manager and then one with the general manager in the upcoming days. I received the offer from over the phone.

3 interviews. all easy. first one with direct supervisor, second one with assistant manager, third one with the general manager. all interviews were no more than 30 minutes. Dressed casual, recieved an offer on the same day as the last interview. Started working within 1 or 2 weeeks
