Analysis question on the 9 balls. out of 9 identical balls 1 is a slightly less in weight. how will you identify the lighter one with a weighing scale if you have only 2 chances to weigh.

Couldn’t make it to the interview process because the algorithm determined I was not a good candidate within seconds of apply. The crazy part is that my education and work experience matched exactly what they were asking for and exceeded it in all other areas.

Phone Screen with recruiter, Hiring Manager Interview, Final Round panel interview with at least 4 panelists. Mainly behavioral questions, relatively common and straightforward if you've prepped. Whole process took about a month.
It was done on Zoom and the interviewer asked about my background and why I was interested in the position. Furthermore, they talked about what skills are needed in this job and asked me how I would meet those skills.
