Schedule interview before store opens, sit in with sales manager and eventually the general manager. Can seem overwhelming when you have two people interviewing you at once. They ask about you knowledge with matrix and reading sales numbers and if you can translate that into individual sales associates behaviors and what you can do to improve.

Tell me about a time where you over promised to a customer. What was the result?
Few questions asked mainly wants know if you are able to sell products while practicing their values. First interview is with the team lead or supervisor and then usually a second interview with the assistant manager or general manager.
Pretty typical interview questions. Show a lot of leadership potential and willingness to learn and lead others. Dress to impress and if applying from within the company, know your metrics.

10 person panel interview with a 1 hr interview process. The panel consisted of managers from different store locations. It then took 5 days to hear back the results and decision of the team.
