Entretien
The interview lasted only a few minutes at the district manager level. Based on my experience you are sized up based mostly on appearance, ethnicity and ability to answer some, not very probing, questions. Overall impression is a result based employment status with very little personal development. Sink or swim type of training program. I was very successful with the company but you will need to bring a lot of experience in motivating employees and managing operations to be successful as the company is very good at telling you what needs to be done but not good at all when telling you how to get it done.

Entretien
Consisted of an initial interview on the phone then an in person interview with 2 district managers and a store manager. Standard STAR questions. Leadership structure recently changed and 2 individuals were recently promoted and 1 long term manager. Overall was a standard interview. Did receive feedback on my interview which was appreciated.

I was scheduled for for 3 interviews. After the 2nd interview we both felt it wouldn't be a good fit. Could be a good place to work just not what made sense at the time.

A lot of opened ended questions, with situations applying to work. Questions were easy but made you think, but we’re all work related questions that I’ve been through. Declined the offer becuase I wasn’t offered something else where.
