Once you submit your application and pass the screening process. A phone interview is conducted. Then an interview with the manager of the department and finally with general store manager.
easy questions, behavioural - focused on wether you can handle customer interactions well. "Tell us about a time when you handled conflict", "How would you approach an upset customer", etc.
Very simple first on the phone interview, then come to the store for a in store interview with asst. Manager, then you have an interview with the GM. Relaxed for the most part
