The interview is like all other Bestbuy Interviews. The manager of the department is your first interview. They have a questionnaire that they ask you and fill out based on your answers. If they like your answers then you move up to an interview with the General manager.

Reached out via phone and setup an interview at the office. The interview was polite and what you would expect, one or two questions on sales, tell me about yourself and then a focus on technical proficiency. Question and answer format.

Explain a situation when you had to de-escalate a tense situation and what the result was?
The first interview was pretty informal, more so of getting to know you. Then, it got deeper as to job expectations, pay, benefits, etc. It was pleasant and I didn’t feel stressed out.

Interview is fine. Video interview first (remember to submit it), followed by an in-person interview if they are interested. General questions IE why are you applying, do you have any prior experience working on a team, etc.
