There were total 3 rounds. The whole process took around a month and half. The interviews were not difficult to crack,they asked general work experience related questions. The interview process was smooth.

Tell about yourself, explain about your Intership experience, How will you motivate your team, situation based sales pitch, why you want to join a telecom industry, why do you want to join airtel, how will you achieve customer satisfaction?

Interview was conducted phasewise .Initially screening ,post that the hiring manager and followed by head of the department and regional human resources head .Took close to 15days to complete the interview process .
